  3. Client Deliverables – Final deliverables created for you may be used internally but may not be resold or repurposed without written consent.

We and you agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the course of services, including proprietary frameworks, strategies, and processes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • On Brand Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services provided.

8. Termination

  1. We may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately if you breach these terms.
  2. You may terminate services by providing written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

9. Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
  2. Arbitration – Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois.
  3. No Class Actions – You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
